What Our Warranty Covers

We cover all LOG Industries products for 1 year from the purchase date. This includes:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Component failures during normal use
  • Electrical faults not caused by outside factors

Which Products Are Covered

Our warranty applies to :

  • Automatic Water Level Controllers (Tank Mate range)
  • Home appliances made by LOG Industries
  • Sensor taps and sensor locks
  • Automatic hand sanitizer machines
  • Hydraulic door closer floor spring systems

Note: warranty length can vary by product. Check the product page or packaging for exact details.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty excludes:

  • Damage from incorrect installation or use by unqualified people
  • Cracks or breakage from mishandling or accidents
  • Damage from power surges or an improper power supply
  • Damage from water exposure, flooding, or unsuitable environments
  • Normal wear on consumable parts
  • Products opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorized persons
  • Damage from use outside the product’s stated operating conditions

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Step 2: Provide your order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue
  • Step 3: Share photographs or a short video showing the defect or malfunction
  • Step 4: Our team will assess the claim within 3 to 5 business days
  • Step 5: If the claim is approved, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

Warranty Claim Shipping

  • If the product needs to be sent to us for inspection, shipping costs to LOG Industries are to be borne by the customer
  • Return shipping of repaired or replaced products will be covered by LOG Industries

Warranty Repair or Replacement

At our discretion, we will repair the product, send an equivalent replacement, or issue a refund. If we send a replacement, its warranty period still runs from your original purchase date — not the replacement date

Proof of Purchase

You’ll need valid proof of purchase — an order confirmation, invoice, or receipt — for any warranty claim. For this reason, we recommend saving your invoice for the full warranty period.
