Tank Mate Plus is an automatic water level controller engineered for homes and buildings that depend on corporation water supply systems. Unlike standard controllers, Tank Mate Plus uses intelligent water detection logic to verify water availability before allowing the motor to fill the tank — preventing dry run, saving electricity, and significantly extending motor life.

Compatible with single-phase motors up to 1.5HP, Tank Mate Plus gives you full control over your water supply with three adjustable timer settings, a clear blue LCD status display, and manual, auto, and on operating modes.

How Tank Mate Plus Works

1. Motor Starts — 2 Minute Water Check: When the motor starts, Tank Mate Plus runs it for 2 minutes to detect whether corporation water supply is available.
2. Water Detected — Tank Fills Normally: If water flow is confirmed, the motor continues running and fills the overhead tank completely.
3. No Water — Motor Switches Off: If no water is detected, the controller immediately switches off the motor to prevent dry run damage.
4. Auto Retry After 15 Minutes: The controller waits 15 minutes and restarts the motor for 1 minute to re-check water supply availability.
5. Final Safety Check: If water is still unavailable, the system performs one final check. If water is not detected again, Tank Mate Plus safely shuts down and waits for the next timer cycle set by the user.
