Warranty Coverage

All LOG Industries products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or use by unqualified personnel
  • Physical damage, cracks, or breakage due to mishandling or accidents
  • Damage caused by power fluctuations, voltage surges, or improper power supply
  • Damage due to water ingress, flooding, or use in inappropriate environments
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts
  • Products that have been opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorised persons
  • Damage caused by use outside the product’s specified operating conditions

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Step 4: Our team will assess the claim within 3 to 5 business days
  • Step 5: If the claim is approved, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

Warranty Claim Shipping

  • If the product needs to be sent to us for inspection, shipping costs to LOG Industries are to be borne by the customer
  • Return shipping of repaired or replaced products will be covered by LOG Industries

Warranty Repair or Replacement

At our discretion, we may repair the defective product, replace it with an identical or equivalent product, or issue a refund. The warranty period of a replacement product runs from the original date of purchase, not the replacement date.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required for all warranty claims. We recommend keeping your invoice safe for the duration of the warranty period.
