Shipping Partners
We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, DTDC, and equivalent reputed logistics providers. The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location and availability.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a dispatch notification with a tracking number once your order is shipped
Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.): 2 to 4 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4 to 6 business days
- Remote areas: 6 to 10 business days

Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery
- After 2 to 3 failed attempts, the package may be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges will apply for returned orders due to incorrect address or failed delivery
Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
