Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 15 days of the delivery date, provided:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- The product is in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- The product has not been installed, modified, or tampered with
- You have the original invoice or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed or used
- Products damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or power issues
- Products with missing parts, accessories, or packaging
- Products purchased during a special sale or at a discounted price (unless defective)
How to Initiate a Return
- Step 1: Contact us at industrieslog@gmail.com or +91 9910252540 within 15 days of delivery
- Step 2: Share your order details, reason for return, and photographs of the product
- Step 3: We will review your request within 2 business days and confirm if it is approved
- Step 4: Ship the product back to us at the address we provide — ensure it is securely packed
- Step 5: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns — LOG Industries is not responsible for lost return shipments
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned product
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI / bank account)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Replacement
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a free replacement. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch — contact us immediately at +91 9910252540
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return after delivery
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5 to 7 business days
